My best answer would be    --    there aren't any!

Each institution tends to develop job requirements for such
positions based on the specific needs of the lab facility and
its users. 

I am sure you will get some more helpful comments from my
colleagues. 

A good strategy is to examine job postings for lab jobs currently
open.  See the IALLT website http://iall.net/jobs.html
