Netscape 6.2 for Mac handles Arabic no sweat (as long as Arabic language 
kit option is installed in the OS)

I don't know any tricks to get IE 5.1 or Netscape 4.7x to display Arabic 
correctly.... you can set up your user defined character set to use an 
Arabic font, but of course it's not right....
