Laura,

There is a completely localized (non-Unicode, Windows Code Page 1256-based)
Arabic *version* of Windows ME, but Arabic is not available as an add-on
within U.S. Windows. This is true for ME, as it is for the previous versions
of DOS-based Windows, 98, 95, 3.1, and so on. I would suggest upgrading the
OS on that computer to Windows XP Pro.
