Try and print to a different printer and see if you get the same
results.  I think it is a printer issue.  Also which os are they using 9
or X.  There could be a compatibility issue with the printer and X.  If
this does not work try a different font and see if the problem
continues, this should test the postscript issue.  If all else fails
save it as text only, import it into simpletext and print from there.
