Hello. I am taking a class on the History of Instructional Technology. As such one of the assignments is to write a historical paper about an issue of adoption, access, or ideology and technology. I'm interested in two areas: 1)the accessability issue with regard to web design and the disabled or 2) senior citizens and access to technology.

My instructor wonders if these can be traced historically.

If any of you know about these OR....have ideas of something similar for a paper, I'd really appreciate the help.

Thanks.

Tommy
