Dear Rachel,

Regarding Nakama audio materials, I have contacted our managing
editor at Houghton. He is in contact with their permissions
department to clarify the situation and hoping to grant
you the permission.  I will let you know when I hear from them.

For the record, none of the authors (including myself) of Nakama had
any part in denying the permission.

I hope you will be hearing from Houghton soon.
