This makes no sense!  The cassettes have printed on them:
"Permission is granted to copy these cassettes for use with 
Houghton Mifflin textbooks."  So why would they want to
stop schools from distributing the copies?  I don't get it.
I'm glad I just took them at their word and didn't write
for more explicit permission!
