It seems to me that a database of all of the titles that labs have
acquired permission to digitze would be very useful.  Such a database would allow
lab directors and instructors valuable information about a
textbook/publisher BEFORE the textbook was adopted.  It would also make it
 harder for publishers to give permission to some schools and not to
others. We could include licensing fee info as well.  If there is interest
in this, i could probably set up an online input system that would allow labs to
post this information to a web site
