Just a note to let you know of an experience last fall with Yovel.org.

I tried to order the video set "Out of Spain" (for screening at an event)
from http://www.yovel.org/out_index.htm. The web site promised "All Shippemt
are sent 1st class mail allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery." & "Our goal is
100% customer satisfaction."

When it didn't arrive after several weeks, I called, was told it would be
sent soon, etc. However, it never came, even after several calls... The
solution was a last minute order from a more expensive vendor plus Fed Ex.

I hope this was a rare occurrence.
