Hello all,

I have submitted a proposal to upgrade our present video file server and
received the recommendation from our IT people to switch to RealServer or
the Windows Media server instead. Does anybody use RealServer of the
Windows Media server to stream their digitized videos to either IP
restricted computers (i.e. the lab) or campus-wide? What are your
experiences with that? I am particularly interested in the issues of
reliability, ease of use, overall costs (to include license fees for the
server and the videos).
Thanks,

Ute
