Okay, Bruce, I'm meeting your challenge!

The mission of the Language Resource Center at the University of Vermont is
to serve as a language learning and teaching resource primarily for the
faculty and students of the College of Arts and Sciences. Through
multimedia equipment, software, and individual training available at the
Center, students are encouraged to use technology to enhance their language
learning experience. Those faculty who teach the various languages at UVM
are given as much support and training as possible from the Center to help
them supplement their traditional teaching methods with current
technology. In addition, the Language Resource Center serves as a
clearinghouse for language study information for Chittenden County and the
surrounding area.

Cheers,
Sue
