I think what you have proposed to do would be very useful in a lab
environment.  I would love to be able to deliver audio only to certain
workstations, instead of the entire lab.  I'm pretty sure Net Support
School will let you do a 'Broadcast' to certain machines, and not others.
The broadcast can be audio, but I'm not sure about video.  For our lab,
the video could simply be playing on the projector, with no sound going to
the main speakers, so that those who wanted to watch could, but only those
machines receiving the broadcast would hear the audio.  I'm CC'ing
Net-Support support to see if they can confirm what I've just described.
