Please excuse the cross posting.

Dear Colleagues,

I'm happy to announce publication of the Fall volume of the CALICO Review:
http://astro.temple.edu/~jburston/CALICO/index.htm

There are five new software evaluations for your consideration. Three of
these are for ESL:
The Language and Reading Companion
ENGLISH+ KIDS
Active English

The remaining reviews are of authoring software, the first based on the
exploitation of songs, the other for the generation of web-based exercises:
Cantare
Webgen2000

As ever, if you have an interest in doing software evaluation, I encourage
you to join the CALICO Reviewers' Register located at the URL indicated
above. Jack
