Dear LLTI-ers,
Is there a shortcut for typing cedillas, accented vowels, etc in Win2K?
The keystroke combinations are a bit complicated. Can these characters be
typed more easily by using an international keyboard or language specific
keyboard e.g. French, German? Any leads would be appreciated. Joseph
