What we have done, Judi, is to keep our Macs as dual boot machines.
We have five Macs (of 20) that always boot to OS 8.6.  These machines
are our legacy Macs.  They do Videolinguist in both French and Spanish.
However, for class use we CAN boot all our Macs to OS 8 instead of 9
using NetBoot.
