Hi Georgia,
For the Window9x platform, you may opt to choose the US101 International
keyboard setting, which makes it possible to type French, Spanish, German
etc. characters in any Windows program while changing the keyboard mapping
only slightly. For detailed instructions with screenshots, visit

http://www.creighton.edu/langlab/howto/accentsWin9/accentsWin9.htm

I hope this is helpful.

Regards,
Olaf
