We like 3-D Keyboard, though you can use the Windows international
keyboards. 3-D is $20; Windows is free. 

3-D is from Fingertip Software 800-209-4063. It does cyrillic as well. It
can leave a keyboard layout on the screen so you can see which keys to use.
Our students prefer it and it works with any Windows software - like Eudora.
