One of those tricky typos where you have to guess a bit. There is one 
missing letter--the correct address is
http://foreignlanguagedvds.vstoredvds.com/

However, at a glance it seems to have a fairly ordinary best-sellers list 
of American products; you have to select the Foreign category to find the 
actual foreign films.
If you are looking for a specific theatrical film, dvdplanet.com might be 
worth checking first for the best price--they have just about everything 
(30 x 35 pages under their "foreign film"  category--you probably want to 
know a word or two of the title to be able to search it easily).
