The TerraMedia system looks very impressive, but it is not compatible with H.320 or H.323.  It maybe possible to link a H.320 or H.323 system to the TerraMedia system with a gateway, but I prefer standards based solutions.  If you use a gateway I assume you would loose many of the proprietary features of the TerraMedia system.
