Hi Sarah,

I haven't tried the foreign dictionaries yet but if the issue is that
outlook is using different dictionaries from the office suite, perhaps your
instructor could switch to entourage which comes with the suite. It is
rather simple to import data from outlook and the email part of entourage is
almost identical. Entourage adds calendaring features which your instructor
might like.

I'm guessing that with Entourage you might be able to use the integrated
dictionaries. I will give it a try and let you know what I find.
