Try www.fingertipsoft.com. Their phone numbers are at the bottom of the
home page screen. They do primarily eastern European languages, but they
might know who does have what you need. Their help folks are great. 

btw, their 3D Keyboard is great with traditional languages and we prefer it
to the Microsoft solution.
