The reviews for both were similar. I tended to prefer WinDVD a smidge more
when playing with the demos. The discovery that WinDVD gives a great
licensing price was kind of the swing decision. It wound up being $16/copy
(including shipping). It's been working quite happily on our machines.

Does anyone have recommendations for software DVD players for
Windows 2000? I need to buy a product for the computers in our
lab. I've looked at demos of WinDVD and PowerDVD and there isn't
much to separate them as far as I can see.

Thanks,

Breffni O'Rourke
