I have just seen a message that the program Signalize is again
available.  This is the only pronunciation analysis program that our
linguistics faculty liked, a few years ago when it went off the
market.  I don't have personal experience with it, but it might be
worth a look.  Mac-only, however.

They just re-releases Signalize, which is a terrific, Mac-only
product for
analyzing speech patterns.
