Philippe,

Can you find someone with DVD Player version 1.3?  This one does not have
the regional problem.  These issues started with 2.0 and above.  If you
can't locate 1.3, try trashing the DVD Region Manager in the extensions file
and re-installing from the OS disk that came with your powerbook.
