Barron's publishes an excellent resource "Spanish for Health Care Professionals."
ISBN 0-8120-1730-7

I have used it several times to teach medical personnel in various hospitals and have found it to be very
useful.  It is divided by category and can be used as a quick reference.

As far as Digital materials.  I'm not aware of any that are specialized for Medical personnel.
