Peter, and all who may be filling out this survey,

There's a bit of a hitch in filling it out.  I checked "Other" for the
primary and secondary reasons (and explained my reasons)  why I teach
DL, and was unable to submit the survey.  The error message I got back
was that my my primary and secondary reasons must be different.  Perhaps
a quick fix and re-submit would be helpful.  Thanks!
