Is this asynchronous or syncrhonous? The latter would, essentially, be a voice mail system, no?

------------------
Is anyone familiar with voice-based asynchronous conferencing system? Any
good products out there? The text-based computer conferencing has
limitation in language teaching and learning. I'm exploring different
options. I appreciate any comments and suggestions on this topic.
