Hi All,

Have you used WebCT version 3 to implement a web course in traditional (big
5) Chinese?
Uploading single HTML pages developed in traditional Chinese has not been a
problem, but I was wondering if you have had experience with the other
tools (chat, discussion board etc).

Thanks you.
Marisa
