Global Office from Unitype, is a wordprocessor which works in
conjunction with MS Office on Wintel machines and has support for
Farsi (as well as many other non-roman character set languages). It
is pricey but you may be able to get it cheaper through a retailer
(www.transparentstore.com used to sell it for much less, but I just
checked and they no longer carry the product).
