Brad,

I especially liked the diagrams which allowed space for a "Fireplace and
Mantle". A quirky but necessary juxtaposition of flat-panel monitors and
Gothic/Victorian architecture. It took me right back to the 60's when I sat
listening to Chinese, German, and French tapes in several language labs in
the Hillhouse Ave. neighborhood. I guess you are renovating some of that
same space.
