Prohibitively expensive for most which also applied to "A la rencontre de
Philippe", which, ironically, never really made it in Europe!

Given that the cost of duplication of a CD-ROM is less than one dollar, I
can only imagine that the production costs were huge, but then many of the
original Philippe multimedia assets are re-used, so the mind bogles!?  It
may be because it's just a Mac product.  In these cross platform days, I
can't imagine why a PC version was never produced using Director?
