Did you try using Export, rather than Save As...?  You may need to
remember to export/save the resulting file as a Stand Alone Movie, then
reopen it in order to get the Options back (if Options is unavailable whe=
n
you Export).

I thought MP3 offered the best compression bang for the buck.  Which
compression scheme do you favor (I assume) for speech/language audio?
