Dans un Quartier de Paris, from Yale U.P., is probably just the ticket.
It's under $200 and has an instructor's manual and student manual. I liken
it to the laserdisc, <<A la Rencontre de Philippe>>. The only down side is
that it's only usable on the mac platform (no Windows!). We just got it, and
I think my colleagues in French are very happy with it.

Can anyone please recommend a good interactive CD on the city of Paris
in French? I'm interested in something that covers art, architecture,
monuments, that kind of thing? Thanks, Ed Dixon 202-687-5766
