New Year greeting to you!  Hope the 21st century treats you as good as or
better than the last one!

Correct me if I am wrong, but IF you know it is all html based and IF the
program accepts html, maybe you can teach yet another system.  ASCII for
accented letters?  Like &acute; and &ntilde; and so on??
