>Subject: Printing from Win 2000 Professional

Hello,

I am having a printing problem and wonder if anyone has any ideas?
We are primarily a Mac department, but a handful of Professors use Windows
machines.
Recently, a Chinese professor switched over from Chinese Windows 98 to
Windows 2000 Professional.
After the switch, he can no longer print to the HP 6MP printer in the Media
Center. When we try to use that printer on the network, the error message "
No suitable driver installed" appears.
I have tried several different drivers from the HP site, installing service
pack 1 and compatibility updates, all to no avail.
This problem only happens with Windows 2000 machines. Windows 95, 98 and Me
all print to the same printer just fine.

Sincerely,

John
