>Subject: A dictionary for your web page (ADVT)
>Date: Thu, 30 Nov 2000 21:53:32 -0700

------------------
Could your department web page do with a little extra power and appeal? How
about a 50,000-word English-FRENCH-English dictionary? Or slightly smaller
sized ones for GERMAN or SPANISH, all complete with example sentences,
reference grammar notes and verb tables?
Tools-of-the-Trade's authorable dictionaries are now available as on-line
applets
that can be launched from a web page button. Once the whole database has
been downloaded into browser memory (400-600k), dictionary response is
instant and the applet remains open on the desktop until the browser is shut
down (or with pre-OSX until you surf somewhere else).
Tools-of-the-Trade dictionaries were developed on a cost-recovery basis. A
network/site licence costs only $35.00 US per language. All three languages
may be purchased together for
$90.00.
