OK, thanks! I'm not familiar with those programs, but I'd like to look into 
them. Yes, making it "tight" for users and easier to access for 
administrators seems to be mutually exclusive, just like alarms for laptops. 
Our towers are on the floor, and it's hard enough to adjust the 
speaker/headset plugs... Thanks again.
