Calling all IALL members attending the upcoming ACTFL meeting in Boston. =
We urgently need your help in order to staff the IALL booth in the =
exhibition hall during the ACTFL meeting.
Volunteers are needed for the following time slots: =20
Friday, November 17
9:30-11:00 am
11:00-12:15
12:00-3:00 (urgent need- free time for ACTFL attendees to visit =
exhibits, including the IALL booth)
3:00-5:30 pm=20
5:30-700 pm
Saturday, November 18
8:30-9:45 am
9:45-11:15 am
11:15-1:30 (we have 1 volunteer, but need another as this designated =
free time to visit exhibits)
1:30-3:00
3:00-4:30 pm
4:30-6:00 pm
6:00-7:15 pm
Sunday, November 19
8:30-10:00 am
10:00-12:00 (we need one additional volunteer for the last free time =
slot to visit exhibits)
12:00-1:30
We look forward to seeing you at ACTFL! Please sign up for as many time =
slots as possible. We would like to have two IALL members staff the =
booth during the entire weekend. Please e-mail Karen Audant by =
Wednesday pm to let us know when you are available to help out.
