>Subject: Tandberg for video conferencing

Hello all!
I am part of a committee exploring video conferencing and we have educated
ourselves quite extensively and seen PolyCom, PictureTel, Tandberg, as well
as some other lesser known systems. I know there has been debate in the
past as to Tandberg's quality of equipment and service for langugae labs,
but the videoconferencing group is supposedly a separate entity within the
company --
my question is: does anyone have any firsthand experience/opinions about
the videoconferencing equipment and service(s) from Tandburg...i must say
i've been very impressed with what i've seen from them (in comparison) but
trust in the counsel of my felloww LLTI'ers as well :)
Please reply asap either privately or to the list...i can share repsonses
if anyone is interested...
tamra :)
