At Oberlin College I administer a mobile wireless laptop cart that is housed
in one classroom but can travel to as many rooms as needed. The cart is filled
with iBooks that have Airport cards installed. The cart has a wireless "hub" on
its side which, when connected to the network, allows the iBooks to have
wireless connectivity (is that a word?). It has been great for seminars,
writing workshops, conversation classes, etc.

For more information on how this is being used, you can checkout a news story
that Apple ran on the room and its use at:

Feel free to contact me for more info.
