I guess it's true what they say. I note today that the theme of the
NERALLD (you go, guys!) conference is "Whither the Language Lab."

That, plus a response or two I've received point me in the direction
of suggesting a session at the upcoming IALL 2001. (This would be in
addition to the road show that Pete Smith, Jan Marston and I are
planning. We got our Mojo workin'!) Not that we haven't been dealing
with the issue in one way or another for some time; y'all will recall
the Future Watch sessions in previous IALL conferences...

On with the thinking caps, colleagues.
