>Subject: comparing multimedia foreign language software
>Date: Thu, 21 Sep 2000 21:45:09 -0700

Hi everybody
There are so many multimedia software programs for learning foreign languages on the market, you can't start counting them. But how about comparing them?
Does anybody know of any research in that direction? I have only encountered personal opinions of reviewers.
Are there any foraml evaluation criteria or guidelines that separate the good ones from the bad?
I might do some work in this field, but would like to know what has been done before.

Sincerely,
