I have used the FilmArobics materials and found them very useful. As Bruce said, they provide great ideas, and one can decide whether or not to use all or some of their prepared materials. Judy Sugarman (either founder or co-founder) has been especially helpful in sending out materials ASAP, etc. Overall, a valuable resource!
