Stephanie,
I don't suppose you are just doing Japanese, and I don't quite know this is
what you need. But here are cool sites/tools that will let you do, but it
is tied to Japanese database.

Reading Tutor Homepage
http://language.tiu.ac.jp/

Dictionary-like-system
http://www.jaist.ac.jp/~tera/

AutoGloss/J Ver. 1.0 (Freeware)
http://www.sla.purdue.edu/fll/JapanProj/AutoGloss/AutoGloss.html

MailGloss
http://www.intersc.tsukuba.ac.jp/~yamagen/mg/index.html

I would be interested in knowing more!

Sincerely yours,
Keiko Schneider
