_MACWORLD_ describes in their September issue (today is August 1 !) on page
72ff. how to code a web page so it redraws to fill any browser window
regardless of platform or monitor size or resolution.  They recommend using
HTML tables that use percentages.  They supply some sample code.  

Please let me know if you or anybody else would like more info.
