Professional Service specialist to develop and implement maintenance and
improvement plans for equipment and software. Familiarity with Microsoft NT
Operating Systems and software installation required. Ability to assist
faculty with uses of new technologies and their applications to pedagogy.
Knowledge of information systems sufficient to provide first-stage analysis
and to trouble-shoot hardware and software problems. Excellent
communicational, organizational and management skills required.  Language
proficiency in Spanish or French desirable.
