Have you considered issuing a print card that say would allow for 100 pages to be printed for $ 5.00.  You
could punch out the number of pages used ant any given time and issue a new card when needed.  This would
reduce the nickel and dime problem and may be easier to manage.  You could easily create the card with any
software which allows for tables.  Just a suggestion.
