We use Filemaker Pro for keeping track of both our software and our students.
 There is a PC version, and it's fairly easy to learn (good tutorial
program).  It has made a world of difference both in the way we are perceived
by the College (now I can PROVE we're getting lots of use!) and in the
collection of our lab fees.  Filemaker also has a neat little program that
will put information into a web page, so if you want your language faculty
and others to know what's availa
