Does anyone have a simple solution for preventing students from installing 
background images and screensavers on lab PC's? Right-clicking on an mages can 
save it as a bakground image, and setting the System Policy Editor does not 
work  when a screensaver is an executabe file. I have looked at, but have not 
tried OnGuarg.
