------------------
Out of curiosity I would like to know why schools and colleges in Hawaii
are excluded from applying for the Sony grant or was that only a typo?

The announcement reads:

"The grant is open to all United States public and private K-12 state
certified schools, schools for the disabled, and both public and private
state certified colleges, in the 48 contiguous states and Alaska with
foreign language programs or ESL.

Thank you.
